I recommend you revision rhinoplasty for fix the bone because it looks like crooked to the one side.It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!

If there is still swelling over the nasal bones, when the swelling decreases it could make the contour irregularities appear less obvious. This may or may not happen over time and it is difficult to work out how much swelling you still have at this point. Central facial bones tend to heal without callus formation, but sometimes callus can occur.

If the contours remain uneven, in your configuration it would be possible to use injectable filler for produce a smoother appearance.

From your description of the events, it seems that there may have been a late displacement due to progressive changes in the support of the nasal bridge at the keystone area.
