The left side of my chest is big and the right side is small. What can I do?

I am a male. my age is 21. My left breast has been tough meat clotting . These reasons it can be seen on the left side big and the right side of the chest is a small. how can i release from this disease?

Sounds like you may have unilateral gynecomastia. Photos and exam would be required to be sure. See an experienced plastic surgeon for assessment.

Are you able to post any pictures to better demonstrate your problem?  You may have gynecomastia on one side.

It sounds as if one side has more fat and or breast tissue than the other. Often this can be treated with unilateral ultrasonic liposuction through a small incision in the arm pit. If there is significant breast tissue, this is removed with a grasping instrument through the same incision. The skin will shrink remarkably well. If there is significant droop of the skin due to excess then the nipple areola may need to be moved up and some of the skin removed.  Hope this helpsAll the Best,Dr. JA. Hi Ronisaha,You did not post any photos so I can not tell you what should be done. I would imagine if the tissue is hard, then it would need to be cut out.
