Yes and No. The glandular part, which is the true gynecomastia will not enlarge. However, as you gain weight and get older there will be a bit of fat that accumalates within the breast tiissue thus making it a bit larger. This happens usually over decades.
There are many causes of gynecomastia, and oftentimes the cause is not known. If there is a medical reason why you have gynecomastia then it might be possible that it may grow again. Best wishes.
Gynecomastia often enlarges during adolescence as your hormones are raging. As you reach your early twenties your body is settling down and any changes should improve or stay stable. If you are currently satisfied with your appearance you will most likely not require any intervention.
The odds are your breast stable and will not grow any more. There are medications that can make the breast grow, check with your surgeon about those meds. Men in their 60-70's plus will start to develop or redevelop breast tissue as there are hormone changes. Depending on how the breast looks and how badly it bothers you, there rare some options. These vary from liposuction to removal of some of the gland to a combination of both procedures. I hope this helpsStephen M. Davis, DM, FACSGreen Hills Plastic Surgery
Given that your chest wall has not changed in the past 6 years, it is unlikely, without weight gain or another “pre-disposing” factor, that you will experience an increase in breast size now. Classically, the next “spike” in gynecomastia occurs in a much older age group. Best wishes.
You did not say if the gynecomastia had been stable since you were 13 or not. If it has, then the likelihood is that it will remain stable unless one of several things occur. If you gain weight, there is a good likelihood that the breasts will enlarge disproportionately. There are also a number of medicates and other substances (like marijuana) that, if you start taking or using, can cause further enlargement. Though unlikely for someone who started breast development at puberty, a change in your hormone balance from a medical condition can also cause further growth. Seeing your family doctor can eliminate the latter. If you are bothered by this, there are surgical options for correcting it. The specific procedure depends on the exact amount of breast growth and solid breast tissue you have. If you decide on this, see a plastic surgeon who has treated many such patients as it is frequently difficult to get a truly cosmetic result.

Puffy nipples sounds like gynecomastia. Pressing on them probably has little to no long term effects. At 19 it is possible that your gynecomastia will subside. If it doesn't then surgery is the only good treatment option.
A collection of fluid under the skin occurs occasionally during the postoperative period. Aspiration of the fluid with a needle is frequently helpful. Secondary surgery is rarely necessary. Bruising and #swelling are normal and usually increase slightly after the removal of any tape or foam. The...
