Depending on the technique to make the the lipo transfer, the tissues take more or less time to stabilize and integrate properly.Collagen injections are usually placed at a different plane than fat is located in a lipoinjection procedure and if is done that way there would be no correlation or damage. Collagen injections may lead to the displacement or absorption of the transferred fat, affecting the desired results. It’s essential to discuss your specific situation and goals with a board-certified plastic surgeon to determine the best approach for your desired outcome and to ensure your safety.
I would not recommend placing the collagen into the area of fat. I am not sure why you even want collagen injections to your breast or any other part of your body since Hyaluronic acid, like Juvederm, is much safer and less reactive.
In the United States collagen injections fell out a favor rapidly when new better alternatives became available in particular Restylane which was the first HA hyaluronic acid based filler. Before HA fillers were available collagen had a short lifespan and had undesirable side effects like leaving bumps and requiring allergy testing.Regardless, most cosmetic fillers are prohibitively expensive to use for body contouring purposes and are primarily aimed for facial aesthetics where one and 2 mL syringes are sufficient to have a substantial impact.You didn’t include any context in regards to timing to the various procedures.I suggest you ask each of the providers how they feel about this.Collagen injections for breast augmentation is some thing that doesn’t happen in the United States at least not commonly.Perhaps you live in a different country with different products, different rules and different medical standards.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
Your nipples are probably not too high, but your breasts are bottoming out from the weight. Your surgeon can tighten your lower pole and correct this.
You did not post photos, but implants will cause the areolae to stretch in most women. I am sure your surgeon discussed the procedure performed with you prior to surgery and you gave verbal and written permission for this. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
