Would a second fat transfer help with upper pole fullness?

I would love to know exactly what the few lifts were and what techniques were used as this will set the road map for what needs to be done moving forward. We have developed a procedure called the Naturabra that transfers your own breast tissue to the upper pole of the breast and obviates the need for implants while supporting it internally in a re-operative scenario. We also use fat grafts for support and symmetry of the upper and medial (cleavage) poles but would really need to see your photos to see if you would benefit from that procedure.

Hello, thank you for your question. Yes in short fat transfer would help provide slightly more fullness to the area it is transferred too. Keep in mind that it is not a replacement for a high profile breast implant. Fat transfers to breasts given you a more subtle appearance of fullness and can fluctuate with your own weight gain and weight loss. Alternatively they are not heavy as an implant would be. I would bring in wish pics to your plastic surgeon to see if those results can be achieved.
