Are my nipples too high & will I need surgery to rectify? (Photo)

Sunshine180
I have had a breast uplift with fat transfer. I had to have revision surgery because my nipples expanded, the surgeon said it was because the injected fat and were too high. He said he would be able to fix this by tightening the bottom incision. I still think they are way too high and they show in vest tops/ bikinis etc. Can someone support me in answering whether I’ll need further surgery to rectify this? Thank you!
