Your nipples are probably not too high, but your breasts are bottoming out from the weight. Your surgeon can tighten your lower pole and correct this.

What is the nipple areola position has been sent it’s pretty hard to lower it.

The best way to deal with it is to tighten up the skin envelope below pushing the breast higher relative to the nipple position.

To Mia your nipple position seems typical for what most plastic surgeons do. When breasts bottom out with time after surgery it can give the illusion of the nipple sitting higher.

Continue following up with your surgeon.
