I have had a breast uplift with fat transfer. I had to have revision surgery because my nipples expanded, the surgeon said it was because the injected fat and were too high. He said he would be able to fix this by tightening the bottom incision. I still think they are way too high and they show in vest tops/ bikinis etc. Can someone support me in answering whether I’ll need further surgery to rectify this? Thank you!

You did not post photos, but implants will cause the areolae to stretch in most women. I am sure your surgeon discussed the procedure performed with you prior to surgery and you gave verbal and written permission for this. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
I would not recommend fat transfers to your breasts. Your breasts are low on the chest wall and the nipple-areola complex is pointing outward. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more...
Hello. Thanks for posting your query. In my opinion second fat transfer will surely help in increasing fullness in upper pole of breast. Better to visit your surgeon and get an opinion for any further surgery. Hope i have cleared your doubt.
