Answer: Marionette lines It looks like you have very settle marionette lines which can be easily corrected with fillers around the lip area (lateral mouth commissures). This would be a very quick and simple procedure - based on your photographs 1 syringe of either Restylane (Refine) or Juvederm (Volbella or Volift) would be sufficient. Alternatively, your doctor could also consider small doses of botox or dysport neuromodulator to lift the corners of the mouth. Best of luck!

Answer: Lip Treatment From your picture, it is hard to see if you actually have true hyperpigmentation (darkening of the skin) at the corners of your mouth or the appearance of darker skin due to shadowing created by the surrounding skin. The corners of your mouth can be injected with a hyaluronic acid filler to improve the downward appearance/skin folds that you have noticed. I would recommend seeing a board certified dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment. Answer: My lip corners are dark and have skin folds Some people just look like this and it's normal. The trouble is when you try too hard and make something that only you see onto a problem that everyone sees. I'd just stick with HA fillers for now, You'll get better, but not perfect.
