Thanks for posting your question. You have some asymmetries in your oral area including the lips and surrounding muscles. I believe you will need a combination of dermal fillers and Botox/Dysport for best results. There are several new fillers like Silk and Belotero which are more natural. Always see a certified injector for best results! 

You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) along with Botox are good to create a full lip and improve asymmetry. This is a common shape. The bumps are your muscles and if you tried to make them go away, with botox you would have a paralyzed looking mouth. You can fill the areas under the lips and get some improvement. Better,  not perfect.
