I have both Graves Disease and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. A year before the injections, I did not have a goiter or any nodules on my thyroid. I was first injected in February and again in June last year. In November, I had nodules which appear to be a multi-nodular goiter and a small cluster of cysts. I want more Juvederm but am afraid now.

The needles used for Juvederm injections are extremely small and you should not expect any scarring from them. Temporary redness, bruising, and swelling are all potential things you might experience after Juvederm injections but these are very short-lasting.
Dermal or wrinkle fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane or Radiesse do not have any effect whatsoever on metabolism/hunger ; neither does Botox. Some people who have pain may feel like increasing food intake to help with pain.
