I used to think it was hyper pigmentation from eczema when i was younger but after years of bleaching creams like tri-luma and meladerm as well as microdermabrasion I realised that the lines slightly indent inwards like minor marionette lines. I really hate them. Would juvederm work?

The needles used for Juvederm injections are extremely small and you should not expect any scarring from them. Temporary redness, bruising, and swelling are all potential things you might experience after Juvederm injections but these are very short-lasting.
Dermal or wrinkle fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane or Radiesse do not have any effect whatsoever on metabolism/hunger ; neither does Botox. Some people who have pain may feel like increasing food intake to help with pain.
