Thank you for your questions and photograph. I would speak with your injector to ask for tips on how best to deal with this nodule.  Smaller nodules can usually be softened with light massage, and time, but larger nodules may require administration of a medication to help dissolve the JVD.

From the pictures that you sent, it looks like you have some irregularities from your injections. I would recommend that you see your doctor and review your concerns.
