Ellen A. Janetzke, MD

This is my second "round" with Dr. Ellen. She's a perfectionist who is also extremely personable. She and her staff are compassionate and friendly, and they patiently answer questions and explain procedures so that you feel very confident in moving forward. I now feel more like myself than I have in years. My only regret was waiting until I was 62 to do it. Dr. Ellen has my appreciation and highest recoommendation!

I am a 63 year old, recently retired woman. Because of my age, I had to think long and hard about whether I should do a second breast reduction surgery. Unfortunately during the first operation (2009), the surgeon did not consider my wishes for a smaller size. I ended up with a size D instead of a B cup. My first requirement for my second reduction surgery was for a surgeon who would listen to what I wanted to accomplish. I had an initial visit with another surgeon, who I felt, did not listen to me. So, l immediately decided not to go back to that office. After doing more research, I learned about Dr. Ellen Janetzke and called her office. I had a good feeling about the appointment right away, from my interaction with the receptionist. I got a call from Rachel, the coordinator, she was thorough, detailed, and helpful as to what to expect from their office. I was excited about meeting Dr. Ellen because of the interaction with her office staff and her portfolio of breast reduction work online. During my appointment with Dr. Ellen, I felt that she heard me, and respected my wishes completely. Unlike my other experiences, Dr. Ellen really understood what I wanted out of the surgery. She was warm, compassionate, and approachable, I knew then that I was at the right place, with the right surgeon. I left the office feeling great about the surgery. Now three months post-surgery, I feel great! All of my stitches have healed beautifully with minimal scarring and no complications. Now, I am off to enjoy retirement! I am grateful to Dr. Ellen and her wonderful staff for making me feel welcome and comfortable.

From the first phone call to make an appointment to the last day of my check-up day has been absolutely incredible and caring. Everyone in the office is kind, professional, and beautiful! Dr. Ellen shows so much care and concern for her patients, she really listened attentively and answered all my questions and not once did I feel rushed. She took the time to listen to me and walked me through the whole procedure from beginning to end. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ellen and her team for anyone who is looking into getting work done. I do plan on becoming a life long client, I always feel so welcomed when i come!

Dr. Ellen did a wonderful job on my breast, liposuction, and tummy tuck procedures. Incision lines are neat and did not have any post op complications. Office staff is very attentive and available when needed. It's been a positive first experience with cosmetic surgery and have zero regrets about my decision.

The best surgeon for breast reductions! I had been wanting to get one for years because of back pain and researched lots of different surgeons. My experience with Dr. Ellen was phenomenal. Best thing I ever did for my health, confidence, and for my body! I recommend Dr. Ellen to all of my friends who are considering getting a breast reduction. I felt comfortable and taken care of during the whole process and am over-the-moon happy with my results. Best ever!

It didn't take long for me to decide to consult with Dr. Ellen once I chose to get breast implants with a lift and a tummy tuck. The proof is in the pudding in my opinion, and her website exemplifies her dedication to recreating your best you. I always planned on getting my breasts done and i was finally done having kids and I realized no amount of exercise could get me back to the smoothness of my pre-pregnancy stomach. Ellen's staff was quick to reply with an initial small over the phone consult (pre in person consult), which was a huge pro to me. Her staff were helpful, thorough, patient, and honest about financial aspects as well. Dr Ellen's work is overall exceptional, she did the work exactly as i asked her, and I feel she does her best work everytime. Her work is not cookie cutter. She focused on me as an individual and came through with a finished product that knocked it out of the park for me. The entire experience was smooth, and staff have been available ever since the surgeries, with excellent follow up care from the Dr and staff for the entire year after. The only con for me was the pain for that 1st week. Thankful I had a recliner chair because I could not lay flat for sometime.

I worked out a lot and I am here to tell you that belly pouch and those wrines weren't going anywhere without surgery. I am eased with Ellen Janetzke in Bloomfield Hills, MI. She is highly recommended by me.

The services that I received from Kalye were excellent. She was friendly, attentive and ensured that I was properly informed before administering any injection. I highly recommend seeing Kalye. I look 5 years younger! The office staff was also amazing and friendly. The whole experience was fantastic.

Dr. Ellen and her staff are absolutely fantastic! When I came in for my consultation Dr. Ellen took the time to discuss my surgical goals and expectations and explained which procedure(s) would be the most appropriate for my unique situation. We discussed in detail how the procedure would be done, my recovery, and the timeline of my progress. My first procedure was on 2/4/22, and it went very well. Upon my follow-up visits, I felt well cared for by her staff, and that I was properly prepared for my recovery journey. 10 weeks out, I feel fantastic and am THRILLED with my results. I look forward to my next procedure in the fall, knowing I am in great hands with Dr. Ellen!

I've been a member here since 2016 but wanted to get this done for 10+ years now. I'm 5' 5" would like to be at 130. I run 4 miles a day and do HIIT and should do more weights. With my pregnancies the first one especially, I gained a lot of weight. Breastfeeding and running helped with weight loss and post partum depression, and got thin again. But peri menopause, stress, work, plus eating poorly have contributed to my weight gain. Right now I'm in the high 140s.
I met with several male plastic surgeons over the years but Dr. Ellen soared over them. My husband finally acquiesced and I had it done yesterday!
Will share pics plus get a full report on what she actually did... mini with lipo and no muscle repair, didn't need anything done up in my torso.
