Waterfall deformity or capsular contraction? Will a pocket revision fix this? (Photos)

helloI had a surgery done about 3 years ago right breast: sientra HSC+ Smooth Round Moderate Plus left breast: HSC+ Smooth Round High i have a very visible assymetry and not sure if thats a surgeons fault of making my breast pocket too wide so the breast ended up lateral? will pocket change solve this? to change it from under the muscle to on top of the muscle ? im planning a revision using on top of the muscle and teardrop shape, is it a right choice for me?
