1 year post op - Breasts differently shaped. What are my options to correct asymmetry? (Photos)

Looking for an answer why my breasts look so different and what can be done to cirrect it. The doctor sees thd difference but says ut us acceptable. I personally think it is not and i didn’t have a big asymmetry to have such a poor results. Surgery was 1 year ago. Motiva Demi Ergonomix Left : 360 cc Right: 380cc Even in a bikini top the clevage looks uneven as the breasts apper to be shaped differently. The operating doctor mentioned filler or fat grafting to correct the shape of the right breast. Please share your thoughts. Thank you
