Right side pocket has stretched - should I have the pocket altered? (Photo)

Hello Doctors, I had a BA 6 years ago, 325cc under the muscle high profile mentor implants. Since about 3 months after my procedure my right implant has fallen into my armpit when I lay down causing discomfort. My PS said it was normal and not to worry. I have since sought a second opinion and the plastic surgeon noticed it straight away. He told me it can be fixed by altering the pocket. I’m Trying to weigh up the risks of a second surgery or living with the pocket like this As I healed well the first time and this is the only issue. If I have another surgery I will upsize to 450cc as I have a large BWD of 13 despite only being 5’3 and 57kg. What would you advise patients to do in this situation?
