Replacing my recalled textured saline implant due to grade 4 capsular contractor. Do I need a lift with my revision? (Photos)

Im replacing my recalled textured saline implant due to grade 4 capsular contractor. I have had two consults Tone doctor said no lift needed. The other said he prefer to do a lift lifting the nipple 2 to 3 cm. I doing the surgery because the pain and hardness in my left breast I really dont have the extra money for this let alone adding a lift. But I also do not want a horrible out come.. please help any adivise from qualified dictor would be appeeaciated Thank you in advance
