Which implant give the most upper pole? I had a lift and I still feel feel like my natural tissue and my Soft touch Moderate implants look saggy. Would seintra HSC+ retain a little more upper pole??

upper pole fullness is achieved with appropriate implant selection but more importantly, submuscular placement, and precise pocket dissection. The submuscular placement allows the muscle to cover the top part of the implant which allows the upper pole to appear more full. Keeping away from the lateral chest during pocket dissection allows the implant to remain higher and prevents it from falling off to the side.

Thank you for your question. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to breast revision surgery.  I have been in practice for over 30 years. The answer to your question is more about the surgical technique then the implant.  When somebody wants more upper pole fullness, I perform an internal bra/capsulorrhaphy procedure with mirror image capsulotomy.  I wrote the very first paper on this in 1999.  I will also usually use an ultra high-profile implant.  I believe Sientra and Allergan make very similar style implants.  I prefer Allergan.  Without a picture, I cannot make any further comments. I think the type of implant is probably less important than other things.  It sounds like your previous lift may need to be tightened up in the lower portion. Also the size of the implant will make a significant difference.

High profile implants give the greatest amount of projection and overinflated saline implant will also give a lot of projection.
There’s no implant that selectively gives greater projection in the upper pole, then the lower pole.
