Allergen Soft Touch or Sientra HSC+ - which implant will give the most upper pole fullness?

Which implant give the most upper pole? I had a lift and I still feel feel like my natural tissue and my Soft touch Moderate implants look saggy. Would seintra HSC+ retain a little more upper pole??
