Best skin tightening device for thin crepey neck skin? (Photo)

I'm 43, 5’4” 105lbs, very thin person with a sun damaged crepey neck that just started a year ago. Since I dont have fat to melt, which is the best skin tightening device for eliminating the creepiness on my neck?

There are many nonsurgical options like skin tightening and all sorts of injectables to consider although surgery usually gets the most improvement specifically of the chin and lower face. There are various combinations from a mini facelift, mid facelift, and neck lift that can address different areas. One surgical option may include a short scar facelift/ mini facelift to address the crepiness on the lower face and neck.

I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot of facelifts and neck lifts but also offers all the nonsurgical options such as injectables and laser treatments. Go over your concerns with them and make sure above all, you walk out of there with several options and an idea of the pros and cons to each of them as well as realistic expectations.

Based on the pictures you provided and n’y experience, I think that you would benefit most from a necklift. This procedure can treat sun damages on the neck.

I would highly recommend using the renuvion in the deeper tissue plane to contract up the skin and combine that superficially by using the SylfirmX microneedling RF device. This in my opinion is the strongest microneedling device on the market. I would also use topical exosomes after the treatment. A tight neck band or wrap should be used for two weeks as much as possible just as if you had had neck Lipo. 
Continue this with great skin care such as exfoliants, and as much Reynolds as your skin can tolerate. Continue to protect the skin with a strong SPF daily and this should work!

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Since you do not have a significant amount of subcutaneous fat, I would not recommend liposuction or any of its adjuncts. My colleagues that have a FaceTite or Morpheus machine speak volumes of its skin tightening effect, but I do not have any personal experience with this. It does not appear from the picture that you have enough neck laxity to currently qualify for an open skin tightening procedure like a neck lift.

"A combination approach would give the most improvement. Nonsurgical options such as Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, and Ultherapy do well in combination for skin tightening, but the results are mild compared to surgical options.
