What are the best knee tightening options for me? (Photo)

Question

Hello, I have always had issues with my knees sagging. I have previously had liposuction to my calves and knee area which also included JPlasma. I am not satisfied with the procedure because my knees are still sagging is there anything that can be done to lift the skin, I was thinking a thigh lift but have been turned down by doctors to do so? This is genetic and not very common but would like any recommendations. Thank you!

Collagen induction therapy, also known as needling, is a simple and effective technique for addressing several skin conditions, including wrinkles, loose skin, aging, stretch marks, cellulite, hyperpigmentation, and scars.

The length of the needle utilized in needling determines its type. I use 2.5 to 3 mm needles in my medical practice, while shorter needles ranging from 0.02 to 2 mm are suitable for home use and by nurse practitioners.

This technique is safe for all skin types and can be used on any part of the body, including the face. The more aggressive the needling treatment, the more impressive the results.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Hi there.  It is difficult to see your entire knee from your pictures.  Having said that, Morpheus8 is excellent for skin tightening anywhere on the body.  It should work for above the knee as well.
