Really deep creases/wrinkles under armpit, can they be removed? (Photo)

Question

I have these really deep armpit creases at 29. I kinda always had them, but they got deeper over the years. They bother me alot when wearing tops, get irretated and itchy. So my question would be if there is any way to remove them forever? This may sound a bit extreme but would it be possible to cut them out like scars, sew the skin back together? I would prefer to have scars than itchy deep creases there and im not prone to keloid scars. I also dont wana have filler.

I would highly recommend against cutting any skin out of your axilla. The scars will definitely be noticeable and could cause banding in an area like the arm pit. First, I would make sure that there’s no pathology of the skin going on such as chronic yeast infection, causing the itchiness as well. You could see a dermatologist to confirm this or simply begin to try over-the-counter antifungal creams for a month or two.
If there is no pathology and simply loose and wrinkled skin, then I would highly recommend microneedling RF devices. My two most favorite and powerful are the Morpheus8 and the sylfirm and I would recommend 3 to 6 treatments.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

We have a number of options to treat that. First of all; your weight can have an impact on it. In this case, we can liposuccion it. Botox can also be used. We can also try filling it or subcising it with a needle or use SurgiWire, which is an instrument that releases wrinkles from underlying tissues.
