It’s been nearly 9 months after my revision rhinoplasty and my nostrils and tip look strange, like straight lines instead of a natural curve, and my nose tip looks extremely unnatural looking. Why does it look like this and will it go away? I thought most of the swelling is gone, so is this what my results look like?

What you're seeing up your nostril is a prominent foot the lower lateral cartilage which is pushing into your airway. A thorough internal examination of your nose also required to make a determination if there's any other issues such as valve collapse, deviated septum, or turbinate hypertrophy....
