3 surgeries at my nose (deviated septum, turbinates decompression, and 1 rhynoplasty w/valve reconstruction). R.plasty left scar tissues and droopy tip. Reconstructed valve never worked. That side of nose I still struggle with: overall don’t feel I am breathing through it, at night air flow is blocked completely (or during workout /after a glass of wine / in the sun..). I now have increased nasolabial folds as i feel subconsciously stretching those muscles to breath. How to address, what first?
