I have nasal valve collapse on one side from my rhinoplasty two years ago that has caused a dent and asymmetry. My surgeon suggested latera implant & sutures as an in office alternative to revision, but made no guarantees. Would latera improve the appearance? I’m afraid I’ll be able to feel/see the implant under my thinner skin. Also, in the case of nasal valve collapse after rhinoplasty, is the patient solely financially responsible for revisions made by the original surgeon?

Based on your narrative, it’s not clear what are you looking to achieve with another rhinoplasty. Since you have a pleasing nasal appearance, sometimes it’s best to leave well enough alone. Hope this helps. Dr. Joseph.
Hi @Versatile520! I am sorry you are dealing with this. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
You need a very complex revisionary rhinoplasty. You should see an actual plastic surgeon (trained in plastic surgery residency and ideally aesthetic plastic fellowship) who specializes in rhinoplasty. Best of luck.
