6 months post-op, is revision rhinoplasty worth it, or will it get better? (Photos)

On front view, your wide nasal appearance may be an "open roof deformity" which is when nasal bones are not completely infractured after removing a dorsal hump. Depending on your examination, a revision to close the "open roof", and to potentially lower your bridge a drop, just above your tip, may be considered. Good Morning! Sorry that you're experiencing trouble with your result. The front view is definitely more difficult to achieve a good result compared with the profile. At 6 months, you still have swelling and refinement that needs to take place. After 10-12 months, on average, a revision can be discussed. I would revisit with your primary surgeon to discuss your concerns. If you're not comfortable, you can seek consultation with several others to learn what may be best. Hope this helps!
