It depends on what your goals are regarding a revision and if it's feasible. Based on your photos, straightening would be one option with some tip refinement. If your septum has been used, you'll need a source of cartilage for support. This most often comes from the rib. If breathing is bothersome, that could be fixed at the same time. It may be worthwhile seeing various surgeons for consultation to discuss what may be best for you. Hope this helps.
