Would a second revision be safe? What can be done to correct my nose? (photos)

Question

I have had two rhinoplasty procedures. My primary surgeon operated on my aquiline nose which left me with a droopy, crooked mess of a nose. I had a revision in 2019 with a top Harley street surgeon it London. It has been many years now since my revision and I am left feeling unhappy still, although my nose is better than after my primary which I will say confidently. I do not wish to return to my original nose because it is impossible, my question is what do you recommend?

Based on your narrative, it’s not clear what are you looking to achieve with another rhinoplasty. Since you have a pleasing nasal appearance, sometimes it’s best to leave well enough alone. Hope this helps. Dr. Joseph.

Hello Paddy! Thanks for your photos and question. If it's been years since your last surgery, a revision would be appropriate in terms of timing. It depends on what your goals are regarding a revision and if it's feasible. Based on your photos, straightening would be one option with some tip refinement. If your septum has been used, you'll need a source of cartilage for support. This most often comes from the rib. If breathing is bothersome, that could be fixed at the same time. It may be worthwhile seeing various surgeons for consultation to discuss what may be best for you. Hope this helps.
