Your columella looks completely fine to me, just a little bit swollen, which is not uncommon given its location. You could consider a steroid injection to this site. I would talk about it with your surgeon. Otherwise, I can't really see what else you don't like about it and I certainly would not recommend a revision for this.

Generally, raising the tip and shortening the nose is much easier than the opposite, since cartilage strut grafts aren't necessary. Obviously this has to be done carefully to ensure a nice lift without excessive nostril show. Minimal bruising should result since no osteotomies are required.
