I am currently 8 months post rhinoplasty and I'm really worried about the way my columella looks. Is this something that can be fixed without a full revision surgery? (photo)

The short answer is: if done properly and by an experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon, no, the pollybeak should not recur. It looks like the bottom half of your nasal bridge was under-resected and the nasal tip overrotated.
