I am currently 8 months post rhinoplasty and I'm really worried about the way my columella looks. Is this something that can be fixed without a full revision surgery? (photo)

Your columella looks completely fine to me, just a little bit swollen, which is not uncommon given its location. You could consider a steroid injection to this site. I would talk about it with your surgeon. Otherwise, I can't really see what else you don't like about it and I certainly would not recommend a revision for this.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, it is likely possible to improve the contour of your columella with a procedure performed under local anesthesia. Additional photographs including a true side profile would be helpful in determining this. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
