It is likely that some cartilage grafting was done to your nose for support and that has made it harder and larger. At this point it is unlikely to soften on its own. We can take a look, however, and see if a revision procedure can address this and make your nose smaller and softer.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining revision rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. Nasal tip, tape, projection, and correction of asymmetric nostrils will also be helpful. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
