I’ve had 2 septoplasty surgeries (one 15 years ago and the other over 4 years ago) and my nose is still very hard and is much larger than before.Following the second surgery, I had steroid injections with little to no difference (in my opinion). My tip has no definition and the inside of my nostrils show. I’ve read that massaging my nose daily could help. Is that true, or would I need to go in for another surgery? My nose is larger in width from the front and larger from the side view as well.

Hello! Thank you for your questionAs far as I can understand from your question
With alarbase plasty + rhinoplasty, a feminine nose in harmony with your face is possible
It would be better face to face consultation
Best Regards!
Generally, raising the tip and shortening the nose is much easier than the opposite, since cartilage strut grafts aren't necessary. Obviously this has to be done carefully to ensure a nice lift without excessive nostril show. Minimal bruising should result since no osteotomies are required.
