Dear Doctors of realself, I have had Rhinoplasty in Turkey by a reputable surgeon 10 years ago, At first it took a long time for the swelling to go down. Ever since then, there seems to have developed a kind of indentation on the left side of my nose. It seems to get worse over time. It is obvious in pictures and from the side it looks like a pulled line for the lack of a better word. What is this and how can it be fixed? Many thanks in advance!

Answer: A permanent non-surgical nose job may be helpful for improving on nasal symmetry after rhinoplasty.
The short answer is: if done properly and by an experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon, no, the pollybeak should not recur. It looks like the bottom half of your nasal bridge was under-resected and the nasal tip overrotated.
Hope that helps.
