I am planning on getting a deep plane neck lift, however, I also have a posterior open bite for my molars/premolars that I'm planning on resolving with Invisalign. Does the order in which I complete these treatments matter? If I got the neck lift first, would there be any issues with my final results if I then corrected my bite afterwards with aligners? Thank you!
