Whenever I talk or sing I have an immense double chin and I'm not sure if it's the digastric muscle which I will get botox for if it is or if it's the hyoid muscle that's too big or if it's subplatysmal fat. At rest, my under chin is fine and has a nice curve. It is only when talking and singing that it protrudes a lot. I have had chin lipo recently so I know it is not due to fat it's entirely the muscle at fault. What can fix it?
