Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a good candidate for 360 Lipo with BBL. The decision to transfer fat and the amount of fat transfer or projection is completely up to you. Some of the the fat will not survive long term and you may need a touch up - but this too is also optional and not mandatory.

Thank you for your question. I would love to see your front part to check how much fat do you have, but based on what I can see it is possible to do the fat transfer.
