Is it safe to get a BBL after dissolving old fillers?

Question

2 years ago i had a temporary buttock filler ( hayacorp body contouring) done , now am considering to do a BBL using my own body fat.. so i took dissolving injections (hyaluronidase) to get rid of my old filler. So is it safe and can i do the BBL after dissolving it ? If yes, how long do i need to wait before going on with the BBL ?

Hello @Fantastic571752, thank you for your question. The important thing is to follow the indications of the doctor who is going to perform the process, including a CAT scan or an ultrasound scan, as he/she deems appropriate, to see if the product that was seeded is no longer in the area. If it is no longer in the area, the BBL can be done. For more information and recommendations is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Having had previous HA fillers should not be a big deal for having a BBL. Each plastic surgeon will have their own thoughts about it so I suggest you have a few consultations and see what each provider has to say first hand.
Make sure you’re a good candidate for the procedure in the first place and vet providers carefully to choose the most talented and experienced provider.
Do this by asking each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures to make sure they have high-quality results on a regular basis.
Delivering consistent high-quality liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people believe.
