Is it safe to do a 360 BBL with pelvic congestion syndrome?

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. You will need to get a clearance from your doctor prior to surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Whenever doctors use the word syndrome it means that somethings about the condition is not well understood. Things that are well understood are usually termed a condition or disease.
For that reason since pelvic congestion syndrome isn’t well understood in the first place is unlikely any plastic surgeon is going to have any particular knowledge of its impact after having BBL surgery.
We do know the women with this syndrome tend to have varicose veins in the reproductive organs but most of the work done with a BBL is on the outside of the pelvis and pelvic structures.
I suggest you have a few in person consultations the first of all get a good assessment to see if you’re a candidates for the procedure from our standard assessments and then ask each person if they’ve heard of this condition or if they feel that there is any contraindication with it.
