Is It possible to get this BBL/tummy tuck/lipo ? (Photo)

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. It is possible to achieve your goal, but this may require more than one procedure. Bariatric patients often lose a lot of fat and have residual skin left over, therefore we have to balance the need for fat in a BBL with the need for body contouring to remove extra skin.

Thank you for your question. From your pictures, it seems like you're a good candidate for BBL and a tummy tuck combo. I perform many BBL & tummy tuck combo procedures at my practice. That said, you need to meet the Body Mass Index (BMI) requirement for this surgery. The BMI is based on your height and weight. At my practice the BMI limit is 33 for this procedure. It is wonderful what you have achieved with weight loss and if you continue losing your results will be even better.
But you must understand that bones and muscular foundations won’t be changed with plastic surgery where we only work with fat and skin.
Your bone frame is very wide on the upper body: wide back, wide chest, no waist, no hips no thighs.
All of the photos you show have in common the following features: small upper body, nice waist lines and very wide hips, thick thighs.
So, your expectations are unrealistic but you may still look astonishing, just not that tiny waist, not that wide hips and either those sloped buttocks.
After you losing weight most likely will need lower body lift, with muscle repair to create a flatter abdomen and smaller waist and buttocks/hips enhancement lift but your bone frame won’t change.
Be encouraged!! You really may achieve a fantastic result.

Only on the basis of in person consultation, a board certified plastic surgeon could give you good advise and plan to achieve desired result. Multiple surgeries including extended TT, liposuction, fat transfer for augmentation and shaping of hips and buttocks, will be needed. It would be best to achieve stable weight before undergoing extensive surgeries, but you can possibly start with TT. I would not recommended doing multiple procedures in the same time. Good luck.

Generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider a tummy tuck, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery.If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. First, we require better photos if you now. Front, sides and back. I would venture to say that your wish pics may be a bit unrealistic.

You can get close to your first wish pic. An examination is critical to see how much fat can be transferred in a single setting which will be base on the tightness of your buttock skin. A virtual consultation with a high definition body contouring specialist would be very helpful.

I’m assuming the last picture is a picture of you.
If that’s the case then your wish pictures are probably not very realistic.
Continue with your weight loss until you’ve plateaued and lost as much weight as you can.
Typically at that point the next step is to address skin laxity and it typically involves multiple areas.
Usually the first procedure is an extended or wraparound tummy tuck sometimes requiring a fleur-de-lis pattern. Depending how much skin laxity somebody has. Personally I try to avoid a vertical scar but an extended wraparound tummy tuck a.k.a. body lift is probably the number one procedure.
After that it’s typically a breast lift with implants.
I do not recommend doing a BBL in conjunction with an extended tummy tuck. do the procedures that will have the greatest impact first and that will be all the procedures dealing directly with skin laxity.
The most important variable is choosing the right plastic surgeon.
I recommend patients not travel long distances for major elective surgical procedures especially procedures like a tummy tuck.
Start by having multiple in person consultations. Look for before and after pictures with patients who look like you in the before pictures.
Remind yourself of where you started where are you are now and that there are improvements to be had. looking at the most extreme caricature body shapes available and hoping for those type of results is probably setting you up for disappointment when the procedure should instead create a sense of content.
The first step is to successfully lose the weight. The second step is to find the right surgeon and that typically requires having multiple in person consultations.
