Before getting any procedure done, I would make sure you know the rules and regulations of the military, especially those that come with flying jets. There have been times where people have had to remove implants in order to continue or even qualify for military positions. That being said, and depending on exactly what you are looking for aesthetically, I would consider a genioplasty. The effects of G force will not have an impact on a well healed chin implant. They become encapsulated in the body. I place bone screws in chin implants so there is no chance that they can migrate. If you are reluctant to get an implant, then a sliding genioplasty is another option.
