I had a chin implant 12 months ago. I can’t see my teeth when I smile and I have to open my mouth to look normal in photos. Also noticed dynamic chin ptosis have developed. I have pain on the right side of my implant, which was treated for 5 weeks with antibiotics, with no success. If the implant is removed, will my smile return to normal and the pain go away? I’ve also developed dynamic chin ptosis. Will that subside after removal as well?
