i had a chin implant surgery about 5 years ago and decided to remove it a year ago combining a 8mm sliding genioplasty. ever since doing the removal i noticed i started to get some wrinkles on my chin and a difficulty closing my lips together that i never had before. i tried botox a few times and although it helped with the small bumps, i still have very visible lumps on my chin and when i push my chin skin up with my finger, they are gone. i’m in my twenties. how can i fix this?
