How do I fix my banana roll and deformed butt? (Photo)

Hello, I am a 28 year old female and have suffered with severe banana rolls under my glutes for 15 years. It’s my biggest insecurity and has effected a huge part of my life. It’s much larger under one side (I do have minor scoliosis so not sure if this is related) I have tried working out but nothing really seems to help me. I do work on my computer and sit at a desk a lot so I’m sure that has something to do with it. Would a bbl help? I have a very fast metabolism, I only weigh about 105 lbs.

While a BBL can enhance the shape and projection of your buttocks, it may not directly address the issue of banana rolls.

Banana rolls are commonly treated through liposuction, which removes the excess fat from the specific area. Liposuction can help reduce the prominence of the banana rolls and improve the overall contour of the buttocks and thighs. Allow me to answer your question as best i can based upon your photos. However, please keep in mind that an in-person, or at least a virtual, consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations can be made.

In your particular situation, your banana rolls are purely a genetic variation of normal. BBL is definitely not an option for you and liposuction often just makes this problem worse.

I personally first treat patients like you by adding volume to the buttock with a buttock implant. This will create a more desirable smooth and rounded perky buttock profile and, to a variable extent, lift (stretch and smooth out) banana rolls . A lower buttock tuck to further eliminate any residual banana roll can be performed 6+ months later. In this sequence, the implants have fully settled into final position so that any remaining loose skin can be most accurately identified and removed with the lower buttock tuck. Please note, because an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants, you may have to travel away from your local area to seek consultation with this particular type of surgeon. Banana rolls are frustrating for many patients. Yours are in no way "severe" but they are affecting your body image severely. Your desire to have this issue fixed can cloud your decision making. All of the current surgical approaches to banana rolls have inconsistent results and risks. I would avoid buttock augmentations and liposuction. 
Objectively you have an attractive figure. If you can not see this then you should consider working with a psychologist to put this issue into perspective. When you are able less distressed by this upper thigh contour problem and want to try for improvements, non-surgical microneedling RF treatments may be worth considering. We have achieved tangible improvements for patients with similar anatomy in our practice.

It is normal to have some asymmetry in the crease just bellow buttock and buttocks as well; small asymmetry is barely visible and most women do not need anything done. In some cases, possibly yours (your photos do not reveal enough), fixation of this fold to the underlying deep structures, including ischial bone, may create more result, symmetry. This can be done with a small scar placed in the crease, barely visible. In person consultation or teleconference with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with this procedure, is recommended. Hi, thanks for your question and photos. By the pics, you don't have a severe case of fat deposits in the lower crease of the buttocks or banana rolls. You have several options. You can have a non-surgical treatment to dissolve fat deposits, such as Laser treatment, Cryolipolysis or Cool sculpting, and Ultra frequency. Surgically, you can have liposuction to eliminate the fat deposits. Consult a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. Good luck!

While I understand that the banana rolls are very disturbing, I do not see yours as dramatic (seeing several banana rolls a week). The roll is caused by a combination of fat, extra skin and of course genetics.  
The issue I have is that sometimes when you liposuction the fat between the gluteal crease and the second crease, it may even get worse (more noticeable). 
I’m not sure if a non invasive treatment like Morpheus would work   I haven’t seen great before and after pics from surgeons using skin tightening techniques.

The banana roll is a normal skin fold that happens on some individuals while in an upright standing position.
The hip joint has a substantial potential range of motion. To allow for this full range of motion due needs to be skin laxity to allow it.
Most people can clearly comprehend the concept of developing a skinfold and skin excess of their lower abdomen in a sitting position. On the back of the thigh, the same thing happens, but the skin is tight with your hips, flexed and loose and compressed when you’re standing upright, this allows for hip flexion.
The skin on the back of the thigh and buttocks has an unusual amount of connective tissue that helps anchor the skin to the underlying muscle fascia. When standing upright, the skin on the back of the thigh is pressed into the buttocks, creating redundancy, and this causes a skinfold to appear in some individuals. If you flex your hips, by leaning forward, you’ll see that it goes away. There is no good treatment for this and treatments. Generally tend to not fix the problem and create secondary undesirable issues. This is especially true when the banana role is attempted to be removed using Liposuction. The fat distribution in that area is correct and should not be altered. Skin excision, which would be a potential solution leaves an undesirable scar and is not worth the effort.
This is an area that should be left alone and not treated. It’s not a fault. It is normal anatomy.
Unfortunately, the success rate of treating banana rolls is fairly dismal, and a substantial number of people end up having problems that are worse than the original issue in attempt at treating it. Avoid Liposuction in this area.
