Highly recommend LoTiempo! Fat transfer to butt & recovery was good

I did fat transfer to butt and am super happy with the results. I am just over 3 months out. I'm very glad I went to her out of all of the doctors I researched because she made me feel comfortable and confident in the process and executed well on it. The procedure was much less painful than I expected. There was some bruising and swelling (to be expected) but overall the recovery was good and I love my results. Definitely recommend the lymphatic massages after and would recommend

During surgery was present, concerned, delicate, had excellent bedside manners

looked far and wide for the right surgeon to undergo fat removal, as I need to stay trim due to health issues, and also need it to be precise. Dr. Lotempio answered all my questions with honesty and knew far more than I would have expected (referred me to see an ankle surgeon to address an issue instead of trying to charge me for it) and she also made a good assessment of my needs and did not agree to do procedures she believed to be unnecessary (she was correct). Spent about 20K on these procedures. I hope to save someone else their time and money especially if you have abdominal separation from pregnancy. It won’t make your stomach flat or fix a diastasis recti. It will leave you with flabby hanging sagging skin. It is a LIE that same day, next day back to normal.
