I did fat transfer to butt and am super happy with the results. I am just over 3 months out. I'm very glad I went to her out of all of the doctors I researched because she made me feel comfortable and confident in the process and executed well on it. The procedure was much less painful than I expected. There was some bruising and swelling (to be expected) but overall the recovery was good and I love my results. Definitely recommend the lymphatic massages after and would recommend Lotiempo and her practice!

My experience with Dr. Lotempio exceeded all expectations. Her attentiveness throughout the process, coupled with clear and effective communication, set a remarkable standard for patient care. Not only did she respond promptly to any concerns or questions, but the results of the procedure were truly outstanding and everything I hoped for. looked far and wide for the right surgeon to undergo fat removal, as I need to stay trim due to health issues, and also need it to be precise. Dr. Lotempio answered all my questions with honesty and knew far more than I would have expected (referred me to see an ankle surgeon to address an issue instead of trying to charge me for it) and she also made a good assessment of my needs and did not agree to do procedures she believed to be unnecessary (she was correct). Before procedure she took her time to make me feel comfortable, made sure all my vitals, stamina and overall health was still good. During surgery was present, concerned, delicate, had excellent bedside manners. I’ve done lipo before, never did I feel as supported and cared for. Her nurse was AMAZING and they worked well together. After surgery Dr. Lotempio called me every day and requested pictures of my treated areas, making sure to give me feedback about what I was doing right and what I needed to change such as I needed to walk more. I was sent home with an EXTENSIVE list of aftercare steps to follow as well as medications and over the counter skin cleanser and cream, again, no other surgeon ever did any of this on my own experience. I just had my three month checkup, and again excellent, she checked my skin and gave me suggestions of different steps to take based on my ability to flush fat based on health conditions and assessed my overall health one more time. I am always afraid of even getting a vaccine, but with this doctor I know I’m safe, as pain free as humanly possible and more than anything, treated with care and concern. I will be her patient for life.

I just booked two more dates for procedures with doctor Lotempio, after seeing my real results after 6 months.

I have nothing but positives things to say about Dr. LoTempio and her practice manager, Jashira and could not recommend them more if you're thinking about getting a breast reduction. I am so beyond happy with my results and can't believe the difference it's made in my life and I am only five months out. Dr. LoTempio is a competent, confident, and talented surgeon. She makes you feel comfortable through her kindness when speaking about changing ones body as well as through her knowledge of breast reconstruction. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and that makes a huge difference in the care she shows her patients. I think what I appreciated most about Dr. LoTempio is that she gives her patients her phone number to check in with them post-op. I face-timed her daily, texted her with every question and concern under the sun, and spoke to her more than I did most people for that first week post-op and the months that followed; it alleviated more stress than I can put into words. And I cannot write this review without mentioning how wonderful her practice manager Jarisha is. Jarisha managed all of the paperwork and insurance information that we had no idea how to do and went to bat for us to ensure that insurance would cover as much of the cost of surgery as possible. She was a constant supporter through the whole process and I would not have made it to surgery day without all of her help. If you need a sign to book a breast reduction consultation with a surgeon, specifically Dr. LoTempio, let this be it.

I had a BBL with Dr. LoTempio on 3/2/23, & while only 6 weeks out, I'm already thrilled with my results! She's very VERY thorough (no joke, at the consultation, she went over my rather extensive medical history in detail, despite my having already filled everything out on forms, & she called me multiple times after the surgery to ensure I was clear on all the post-op instructions), & she delivered on my wishlist (I was very specific about exactly what I wanted from the surgery). Also, Jashira, the practice manager, is the loveliest person! Overall, I am so pleased with everything. If you're in NYC & are contemplating getting a BBL, I 100% recommend scheduling a consultation with Dr. LoTempio.

I had a great experience with Dr. LoTempio. I went in there, wanting to look as natural as possible. I didn't want to look like most women out there with the tiniest waist and the biggest butt. In the past when I had gained weight, my butt turned square. Something that bothered me for a long time. I also had a belly. Pants looked weird on me. I felt like my belly was bigger than my butt. I had my consultation at the New York City office. I actually went with my cousin (she did her arms a week after my surgery. Also with Dr. LoTempio). Made my appointment and I did Lipo 360 and did a fat transfer for some of the areas of my butt to try and give it a shape that I had lost due to gaining weight in the past. Of course, it's not going to be exactly like I had it, but to have a little round shap to it like I used to, I never wanted my butt huge. She gave me what I wanted. I also had fat removed from my inner thighs, because when I gained weight, that's where the fat stored (not only around my waist/belly). And I'm also happy with those results. The surgery itself did not hurt one bit. I was high lol. I felt some sort of vibration, like a massage, nothing more. I remember being very nervous and Doctor LoTempio took great care of me. The only thing that bothered me the most is that I couldn't sleep. I couldn't sleep on my back. I couldn't sleep on my sides so I had to sleep on my stomach. And that was very uncomfortable for me. I would cry, but due to no sleep. I never felt much pain from surgery either. Sore yes, but that's it. I will admit that I haven't gone to the gym as much as I should have. To get a even more shaped body and flatter tummy (which she recommended) but still, I can see a major difference. I didn't even do those massages (to drain) that it's said to do after after surgery. Doctor LoTempio suggested not to do it, and I am so glad I listened. Check the photos. Black shorts photo is of a few days ago. You can see the before and after surgery. The after is of about a month later I think.

Spent about 20K on these procedures. I hope to save someone else their time and money especially if you have abdominal separation from pregnancy. It won’t make your stomach flat or fix a diastasis recti. It will leave you with flabby hanging sagging skin. It is a LIE that same day, next day back to normal. Will take months and months before you can touch your skin without wincing. The procedure is not pain free for everyone. Numbing process is horrible and painful. You can at times feel the cannula as well in my experience. The aftercare was way more than they said and the entry holes left large scars and hyperpigmentation. If you are already slim and want to take a little fat out, OK, but don’t need a drastic makeover and do this. Get your tummy tuck and actually be satisfied with the results and for much less money. You will spend all this money and Still need more plastic surgery to get the results they market you on pictures. Dr LoTempio was kind with great bedside manners. However the company promised a revision if unhappy. After a year I could still grab a handful of fat. All along they told me to wait for the year and it was just swelling. Not true. Did not fix the bad results and just left me w loads of fat still there.

Bottom line, fat is taken out. Experienced a lot of hyperpigmentation and not told about the extensive aftercare regimen. What the office tells you is not nearly enough. Spent so much money on ointments, creams, fajas, massages, none of which I’d be told I’d need. 6+ months of nerve sensitivity in the area before it go back to normal and loads and loads of swelling and hard tissue for months and months and months. Definitely not back to work and yoga the next day or two. That is a marketing lie. I hate where they placed the holes, have scarring and not the size of a pencil dot. Noticeably large almost black circular scars on brown skin. The doctor was kind nice and sweet. I was dissatisfied with how much fat was extracted (not the max amount for my abdomen) and was told I could get a revision if I was unhappy with the results. So I waited for a year, lost weight and still could grab a handful of fat from the area. They did NOT do the revision that I requested. Disappointing wholeheartedly. They will tell you whatever to get you in the door but not follow through on promises. Would not do this again bc it doesn’t guarantee flat unless you’re almost there. Would have been better off getting a tummy tuck for repaired abs and no loose skin.
