2 years post biopolymer removal and butt is still hard. Can I have a fat transfer to achieve a fuller and softer result?

Hi 2yrs ago i had bioploymer removal surgery. All product was removed but my butt is still rock hard, my question is can i have any type of fat transfer or what procedure would help my bottom to look fuller and softer. I feel so horrible looking at myself in the mirror. Please advise
