Buttock “sagging” is usually a combination of loss of volume or deflation (after weight loss, liposuction, or post-BBL) and/or the effect of aging and gravity. So, I personally first treat patients like you by restoring volume to the buttock with a buttock implant. This will create a more desirable smooth and rounded perky buttock profile. If not adding volume with an implant, the buttock will be shortened but may appear more flat with just a buttock lift. A lower buttock tuck is usually then performed at six months following implants. In this sequence, the implants have fully settled into final position so that any remaining loose skin can be most accurately identified and removed with the lower buttock tuck. Please note, because an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants, you may have to travel away from your local area to seek consultation with this particular type of surgeon. Glad to help.
It can be difficult to achieve completely even results with liposuction, as the procedure involves removing fat from specific areas and cannot guarantee completely symmetrical results. However, there are some options that may help to improve the symmetry of your buttocks:Revision liposuction: If there are areas where there is still excess fat, revision liposuction may be an option. This can help to even out any remaining unevenness.Fat transfer: Fat transfer involves removing fat from one area of the body and transferring it to another area. In this case, fat could be removed from another area of the body, such as the abdomen or flanks, and transferred to the buttocks to help improve symmetry.Non-surgical treatments: There are some non-surgical treatments that may be able to help improve the appearance of the buttocks, such as radiofrequency or ultrasound devices. These treatments can help to tighten and firm the skin, and may be able to improve the symmetry of the buttocks. It is important to consult with a qualified and experienced plastic surgeon who can assess your individual needs and recommend the best course of action to help you achieve your desired results.I hope this helps.Best of luck !
To make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure we generally need to see proper before and after pictures. Appropriate medical care is best done locally by sufficiently trained and experienced doctors. With the advent of modern fillers very few people in the aesthetic industry use collagen. Once upon a Time in the 1990s, it was all that was available. The products were inferior, did not last long and...
Hi, thanks for your question. You can have a non-surgical option with hyaluronic acid injections to give volume and fill the dents. It's non-permanent. Surgically, you can have butt implants, because it seems that you don have fat enough in the waist for a fat transfer. Consult a board-certified...
Without seeing your body it is hard to give advice so I’ll give you the general answer. If you have 10-20 pounds of extra fat that can be liposuctioned and transferred to the buttocks and hips. Now, if you are skinny or very athletic and have no fat to harvest and transfer, buttock and/or hip i...
