I'm interested in a more prone jawline & chin. I went to a consultation considering fillers but the Doc told me that gravity would actually take a toll & drag my face low & ultherapy would be perfect but reading reviews, it seem results and pain vary by person & also thins the skin (I'm only 27) What would be best ?
Answer: Ultherapy + Fat reduction with Kybella for Jawline Definition A multi-modality, non-surgical approach would be a great option for a young patient with good skin laxity and moderate submental fat. I would first recommend Kybella in the submental area to treat your fullness. Kybella is a cytolytic drug that is injected to dissolve the fat under the chin to create an improved contour. The coolsculpting mini is another option for fat reduction. I would then recommend an Ultherapy treatment under the jaw line 6 weeks later to tighten and define the jawline. Ultherapy works by administering ultrasound energy to specific depths of skin and muscle with precise ultrasound guidance, which causes tissue tightening and collagen production. Using ultrasound imaging, transducers with different depths are selected and the ultrasound energy can target precise depths of the patients’ lax skin and soft tissue including lax connective tissue of the face and neck. Based on your anatomy from your pictures, you should have beautiful results. Good Luck

Answer: Chin Augmentation -- Voluma or Radiesse or Bellafill, combine with Sculptra You need an implant or fillers to you chin but ultherapy will do great to compliment this with tightening and defining the jaw. Please see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Ultherapy and other options for jawline Ultherapy would not be my first choice for a young person like you for enhancement of the jawline. Ultimately your best will probably be a chin implant with liposuction under the chin. If you absolutely want nonsurgical options, you could have fillers placed in the chin and Kybella under the chin.

Answer: Defining the Jaw Line Hello and thanks for your question. There are a few non-surgical treatments that can help define your jawline. An in-person consultation and evaluation would be needed to determine which is best for you. I do agree that fillers are not the appropriate choice. Looking at your pictures I would suggest a combination of either Ultherapy or ThermiTight along with CoolSculpting CoolMini or Kybella. It's important to have realistic expectations of what these treatments can do for you. It would be impossible for you to have the jawline of the pictures you posted as everyone has different facial structure. But, you can have the best jawline in proportion to your facial structure. Hope this helps.
