I'm interested in a more prone jawline & chin. I went to a consultation considering fillers but the Doc told me that gravity would actually take a toll & drag my face low & ultherapy would be perfect but reading reviews, it seem results and pain vary by person & also thins the skin (I'm only 27) What would be best ?

Answer: Best Treatment for a Stronger Jawline Hi Need..,You appear to be an excellent patient for liposuction of your neck with the placement of a chin-jowl implant. Make sure to choose your treating physician most carefully. Good luck and be well.Dr. P

Answer: Defining the Jaw Line Hello and thanks for your question. There are a few non-surgical treatments that can help define your jawline. An in-person consultation and evaluation would be needed to determine which is best for you. I do agree that fillers are not the appropriate choice. Looking at your pictures I would suggest a combination of either Ultherapy or ThermiTight along with CoolSculpting CoolMini or Kybella. It's important to have realistic expectations of what these treatments can do for you. It would be impossible for you to have the jawline of the pictures you posted as everyone has different facial structure. But, you can have the best jawline in proportion to your facial structure. Hope this helps.
