Any recommended laser for skin tightening only stomach, flank, buttocks?

Hi Kisonkison,Ultherapy is an excellent technology for lifting and tightening the skin in the face, neck and chest.  These are the areas that Ultherapy has indications for use (IFU) from the FDA.  Many practices are using the technology off label to treat loose skin on the abdomen, buttock, arms, legs and seeing good results.  It is important to consider that this does not have the same clinical data.  Also, many of these areas can be large, requiring more treatments and longer times.With regards to your stretch marks, I don't believe Ultherapy has any effect.  Your best bet is to see a plastic surgeon with experience in Ultherapy and body contouring to do a thorough consultation.  Most of my consultations for Ultherapy begin with addressing the specific issue, not the technology.Hope that helps.Best,Dr. B

Thank you for your question.  Ultherapy and Infini would be the best option for tightening without affecting fat. Ulthera is being off label in all of these areas with exceptional results and if you were to treat that many areas, your board certified Dermatologist should work with you to provide you a reasonable price point.  Regards, Dr. Matt Elias
