Tooooo much Fat transfer in my face, please help!!

Question

I have fat transfer in my face, my surgeon put to much fat in my face, it has been 7 months and it does not get Any better, he told me it will go away but it is not changing a bit. I am afraid to do anything to my face to remove it. I read about ice therapy (cool sculpting ) online, is it going to help to get rid of it the natural way. I am soooo depressed and isolated, I don't even want to leave the house anymore, I don't recognize myself, please help me there has to be a safe solution!!!

Fat transfer to the face with an unatural result? Unfortunately at seven months you will probably have no further improvement. I would discuss this with your surgeon and if still dissatisfied seek a second opinion from a very experienced facelift surgeon. I have removed these but often surgery is needed to do this. The fat is surrounded with scar tissue which makes microlipoduction very difficult.

There is no cure for this except for microliposuciton, kybella in certain safe areas, 5fu/steroid injections or excessive heating with RF devices (non protocol).  Please see an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

It sounds as though after 7 months, your facial fat is
where it will stay.  Fat removal techniques can include micro-liposuction
or a minimally invasive procedure like Kybella.  If you do not feel as
though you are getting anywhere with your original surgeon, please follow up
with another board certified surgeon.

I agree with the other surgeons that at this point, the fat is not going to go down.  If your surgeon isn't listening to your concerns or telling you it will get better with time seek one or two more consultations from experienced plastic surgeons that understand fat grafting.
