hi i have one labia that is longer than the other and i was wondering is it possible to conceal my labia minoras by having fat transferred to my majora?i also want fat grafted there because i have some wrinkles and i want a plumper look

Both approaches are options, and I typically combine the two. Labia minora reduction with labia majora fat grafting takes away excess tissue where you don't want it, and volumizes your deflated/wrinkled look. The combination offers a very effective rejuvenation. Postop pain is generally no greater when the two are combined than if either approach is used alone. Thanks for posting.   These two different procedure treat different issues.  Labiaplasty is primarily for treating asymmetries of the labia minora (length, pigment, etc.).   Fat grafting can be used to "plump" the labia majora.   You should carefully discuss risks/benefits with your BCPS in person before making any final decisions.  Good luck!

You are describing two separate issues - wrinkly, deflated labia majora and uneven labia minora.  Each has their own solution.  A labiaplasty will correct the uneven labia minora and fat transfer is a great solution to add volume to the labia majora.  Best wishes.

That would need 2 separate operations. #1 Labial pasty for symmetry by excision. Than after 3 months fat grafts to even out. Fees in $5,000 range.

Labiaplasty of the labia minora will tuck the labia minora within the folds of labia majora. There are many techniques for labiaplasty. It is very important to keep the anatomy as normal as possible for good results and use the technique that preserve that normal anatomy. If excess skin is present at the clitoral hood then surgical repair can be combined with the labiaplasty.The labia majora can be plumbed by fat transfer. Excess skin can also be removed and tightened.Perineoplasty will tighten the vaginal opening and get rid of skin tags and neaten the skin.These are very delicate surgeries and require expertise and finesse. Choose you plastic surgeon carefully.
