hi i have one labia that is longer than the other and i was wondering is it possible to conceal my labia minoras by having fat transferred to my majora?i also want fat grafted there because i have some wrinkles and i want a plumper look

Answer: Fat transfer AND labiaplasty You are describing two separate issues - wrinkly, deflated labia majora and uneven labia minora. Each has their own solution. A labiaplasty will correct the uneven labia minora and fat transfer is a great solution to add volume to the labia majora. Best wishes.

Answer: Fat transfer or labiaplasty? That would need 2 separate operations. #1 Labial pasty for symmetry by excision. Than after 3 months fat grafts to even out. Fees in $5,000 range.
