Your case is unique.  Poor appearance of upper blepharoplasty scars is not usually seen but can of course occur.  It is uncommon to see widening like you have as well as that web development at the end closer to the nose.The best suggestion would be to meet in person with a surgeon who focuses a significant portion of his or her practice on revision eyelid surgery.

Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. In our office, we use a protocol for scars that minimizes their activity in the 6-8 weeks after surgery. Your crease is high and poorly defined. The eyelid platform skin is not snug. This contributes to upper eyelid lash ptosis. The upper eyelid is actually droopy or ptotic, and you have a compensatory eyebrow elevation. This can be revised to make the eyes brighter. I am attaching a video that shows how this work is done.
