I had liposuction on my butt and thighs 12 years ago, and while never completely smooth, the ripples or uneven skin is worsening. It is no longer only something that I notice, but something that is actually there. And while I do understand it’s not horrible, it makes me insecure and I would like to know if there is anything I can do to smooth it out? I really appreciate any and all advice!

If spot areas of fat are left, spot liposuction, CoolSculpting, UltraShape or fat dissolving injections can also be used to remove small pockets of left over fat. If the skin texture is crepe, SkinFinity or Fotona Smooth Mode erbium laser is helpful on the surface.
