I had liposuction on my butt and thighs 12 years ago, and while never completely smooth, the ripples or uneven skin is worsening. It is no longer only something that I notice, but something that is actually there. And while I do understand it’s not horrible, it makes me insecure and I would like to know if there is anything I can do to smooth it out? I really appreciate any and all advice!

While you may benefit from a conservative fat transfer to areas of depression, more surgery could make a very mild problem worse. Laser lipo or Vaser may help but it is difficult to make that assessment based on your photos. Consult with board certified plastic surgeons in your area to determine the best treatment options.
