Face and Neck Lifts
Facelift procedures that utilize the SMAS deep plane technique produce a natural result that restores a youthful appearance to the face and neck. It is the gold standard for more advanced stages of facial aging. I have recently added an innovative procedure known as MyEllevate as an alternative to surgery to enhance the jawline and neck contour in the early stages of aging without scars . A continuous permanent U-shaped suture support system is placed through tiny skin punctures just below the mandible and then tightened to achieve the desired effect. Skin punctures are also used to perform liposuction and to divide the platysma muscle bands to enhance neck contour. FaceTite is routinely added for its radiofrequency based non-surgical skin tightening benefits. When greater skin laxity is present a limited skin tuck, known as MyEllevate Plus, can be used to improve the appearance of the jowls and the neck with well concealed incisions located behind the ears.
