is not achieved by which profile implant is used, it is determined by the skill
in the creation of the pocket, the choice of volume, and where in the range the
implant is filled. 

The smallest saline implant size is approximately 150cc. I have never in my career put an implant that small in a patient. suggest that you consider whether or not it is worth it going ahead at

different manufacturers have different starting size but in general the smallest in between 230 to 150 cc.

As the other surgeons mentioned, the smallest implant is around 120 cc. However, if you are contemplating such a small size increase, perhaps you should consider fat grafting instead of implants? You will need to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to make this determination, but I have found fat grafting is a great alternative for a small augmentation.
