The implants range in size as well as diameter and projection.  Your best bet is to find a surgeon that will help you picked based on the look you are trying to achieve.  You should not need to worry about the available implant choices.  Communicate with the surgeon and they will use all of the information to pick the right device.  The implants range from 150 to 960 cc.The best way
to determine the size that fits your personal perception of the perfect breast
is to try on sizers. This way you can see how they fit on you, how they add to
your current volume, and whether they fit your frame. Mentor HP profile saline implants have base
diameters that range from 8.8 cm (very narrow) to 13.8 cm (moderately wide). The patients should be
allowed to choose the volume. Then the surgeon carefully considers the
base diameter, projection, profile, manufacturer, and fill material that will
achieve the patients goals of size as well as qualitative look (natural,
intermediate, or bold upper pole fullness or projection), all the while taking
into consideration the patient's anatomic features that will affect the
outcome. HP implants can be made to look very natural or very augmented,
depending on where in the range the implants are filled to achieve a particular

in the creation of the pocket, the choice of volume, and where in the range the

Sizes go from 120 to 800The best thing is to go to your board certified plastic surgeon and take a bra with no padding no underwire and the size you want to be and TRY the sizers .See yourself in the mirror then put a Tshirt on and see if this is still the size you likeThis is how is done in my officeI hope this helps

different manufacturers have different starting size but in general the smallest in between 230 to 150 cc.

As the other surgeons mentioned, the smallest implant is around 120 cc. However, if you are contemplating such a small size increase, perhaps you should consider fat grafting instead of implants? You will need to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to make this determination, but I have found fat grafting is a great alternative for a small augmentation.
