How long do I have to keep the compression band on? Is it safe to take it off for an hour here or there?

I do not ever use compression bands after breast augmentation, so it should be perfectly fine to remove it to shower.  If the operation was performed correctly, external compression devices are unnecessary.

Thank you for your question and your photographs.Both 500 and 600 cc implants are certainly significantly sized.The ideal size is mostly up to you.That being said, 600 cc implants will certainly make a statement.Probably best to return to your plastic surgeon and try on implants again.Best of luck.

Unfortunately, there is no standardization amongstbra manufacturers with regards to individual cup size volume.I found that more droopy (ptotic) breasts take a larger size than breasts with the same volume which are less ptotic.In general, I do think that 200 cc can correspond to one-cup size...

Will I wish I had chosen a larger implant size? The next size silicone implant was WAY too big but these are too small. (photo)

Since you haven't had surgery, you haven't "chosen" your implants yet. Unless, of course, your surgeon has to order the size you choose ahead of time. Plus, is your surgeon accommodating submuscular compression by adding about 10- 15% to your chosen size when sizing? If you liked the look of...

This is absolutely a question to be answered by the modeling agency.  There are specific looks that they are trying to portray.  If yogurt an implant that is too large, you may be operating yourself out of a job.

In my experience, 200 cc is closer to one cup size.That being said, everybody is different and the number of cc differs with chest width.Best of Luck.
